1. Who we are

The frog has people.

Oh, Frog. (ohfrog.com) is run by Interactive Enterprises Limited, a company registered in the Isle of Man with company number 137228C ("we", "us"). Our website is interactiveenterpriseslimited.com and you can email us at [email protected].

2. What Oh, Frog. is

A frog. On a lily pad. That's about it.

Oh, Frog. is a free website made purely for fun and entertainment. There are no accounts, nothing to buy and nothing to win. It's suitable for all ages. If you're young, it's a good idea to have a grown-up look at these terms with you.

3. Frog wisdom

He's a frog. Please don't take life advice from a frog.

The "Frog wisdom" sayings are generated automatically by artificial intelligence (AI), purely for comedy and entertainment. Nobody checks each one before it appears. They may be silly, wrong, odd or make no sense at all.

• They are not advice of any kind: not medical, financial, legal, life, pond or any other kind of advice.
• They don't reflect the views or opinions of Interactive Enterprises Limited.
• Please don't take them seriously or act on them.

If a saying ever seems inappropriate, tell us and we'll have a word with the frog.

4. The game and leaderboards

Bragging rights only. The frog keeps the flies.

• Frogginator and its leaderboards (Today and GOAT) are just for fun. There are no prizes, and scores, ranks, hats and streaks have no money value.
• We may check, reset, change or remove any score, leaderboard or entry at any time, for any reason, including if we think it isn't genuine.
• Scores might sometimes not be saved, or the leaderboards might be wrong or unavailable. Sorry in advance. The frog does his best.
• Your best scores, hats and streaks are kept on your own device, so they can be lost if you clear your browser or switch devices.

5. Fair play

Zap flies, not the rules.

Please play fair. You must not:

• cheat, or use bots, scripts or any automated tool to play or send scores
• tamper with the game, the scores or the information sent to our server
• try to get round the site's limits or security, or get into parts of the site that aren't public
• flood or overload the site, or do anything that stops other people enjoying it
• use the site for anything illegal or harmful

If you do, we may remove your scores and block access to the site.

6. Leaderboard names

Keep it clean. There are tadpoles present.

If you put a name on the leaderboard, it's shown publicly. It must be decent, so please don't use:

• swearing, insults, or anything hateful, sexual or offensive
• websites, email addresses, phone numbers, social media handles or adverts
• someone else's name, or a name pretending to be someone you're not
• your real full name. A nickname is safer and much more fun.

Names are checked automatically, and anything that looks rude or like a link is replaced with "Polite Tadpole". The filter isn't perfect, so we may also rename or remove any name at any time, without notice. By adding a name, you let us show it on the site.

7. Our stuff

The frog is ours. The fun is yours.

The frog, the artwork, the game, the sayings, the code and the name "Oh, Frog." belong to Interactive Enterprises Limited. You're very welcome to share links, screenshots and clips of the site for personal, non-commercial fun. Please don't copy the site or use the frog for commercial purposes without asking us first.

8. Changes to the site

Ponds change. So do frogs.

We may change, add, pause or remove anything on the site (including the game, leaderboards and sayings), or take the site offline, at any time and without notice.

9. No promises

He has no plan, so he can't promise one.

The site is free and provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we don't give any promises or guarantees about it, including that it will always work, be error-free or be available, or that it will suit any particular purpose.

10. Our liability

It's a free frog. Please be reasonable.

As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for any loss or damage from using, or not being able to use, the site, including lost scores, lost data or anything you do because of a frog's saying. In any case, our total responsibility to you won't be more than £50.

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. Nothing here affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Links to other websites (like our company website) are there for convenience. We're not responsible for other websites or what's on them.

12. Privacy

What the frog knows about you: not much.

Our Privacy and cookies page explains what information the site handles and your rights. (Short answer: very little, and no cookies.)

13. Law and courts

An Isle of Man frog, through and through.

These terms are governed by the law of the Isle of Man, and the courts of the Isle of Man deal with any disputes. If you live somewhere else as a consumer, you keep any protections your local law gives you that can't be overridden, and you may be able to bring a claim in your local courts.

If any part of these terms turns out not to be valid, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a rule straight away, we can still enforce it later.

14. Changes to these terms

Rules can grow legs too.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. If you keep using the site after that, you're agreeing to the updated terms.
